SAIWEI SPORTS lets you personalize shin guards with your own photo, name, jersey number, text or artwork. You can choose carbon fiber or PP plastic, use different images on the left and right guards, and review a design preview before production. Orders can start from one pair, subject to the applicable minimum order value.

Can I customize shin guards with my own photo?
Yes. You can use your own photo as part of a custom shin guard design. Use the clearest original file available and leave enough space around important faces or details for cropping.
Can I add a name and number?
Yes. You can add a player name, jersey number, short text or a combination of these elements. Check spelling, capitalization and the number carefully in the design preview before production.
Can the left and right shin guards use different images?
Yes. One image can be used on the left guard and another on the right. You can also combine different names, numbers, text or artwork across the pair. Both sides should be checked in the design preview.
Can I order just one pair?
Yes. The current MOQ is 1+, so a single custom pair can be ordered. The order must still meet the applicable minimum order value: $19.99 USD, A$30, £15 or €18 depending on checkout currency.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. A design preview is provided before production. Use it to check the artwork, crop, left/right layout, spelling, jersey number and text.
How long does production take?
The current target is to complete production within 24 hours and dispatch the order within 48 hours. The fastest orders may ship within 24 hours, and weekends and holidays are excluded.
Carbon Fiber & Plastic

Which is better, carbon fiber or plastic?
Neither should be called universally better without comparing the actual products. Carbon fiber is SAIWEI SPORTS’ flagship material route; PP plastic is the entry custom route. Compare dimensions, live price and verified testing data before deciding.
Are carbon fiber shin guards lighter than plastic?
A SAIWEI SPORTS-specific answer requires real product weight testing. Carbon and PP do not use identical physical dimensions at every shared size label, so the exact samples and included components must be identified.
Are carbon fiber shin guards thinner?
The answer requires measured thickness at defined locations. SAIWEI SPORTS should not publish a “thinner” winner until Carbon and PP have been measured with the same method.
Which material is better for custom printing?
Both carbon fiber and PP plastic support photos, names, numbers, text, artwork, different left/right images and a design preview. A print-durability winner needs same-method testing on the actual finished products.
How do I know the carbon fiber is real?
Material authenticity should be supported by traceable production or supplier documentation, material specifications and real product evidence rather than a carbon-looking surface pattern alone.
Size & Fit

What size should I choose?
Start with the actual product dimensions. If you already have a shin guard that fits well, measure it and compare the height and width with the SAIWEI SPORTS chart. Carbon and PP share size names, but their physical dimensions are not identical.
What size shin guards do kids need?
SAIWEI SPORTS does not currently have a validated age-to-size conversion. For a youth player, use the actual product dimensions, compare with a guard that already fits where possible, and check league, school or club requirements.
Does carbon fiber use the same size chart as plastic?
No. The size names are shared, but the dimensions differ. For example, Carbon JUNIOR is ≈8 × 12 cm, while PP Plastic JUNIOR is ≈8 × 11.5 cm. Always use the table for the material you are ordering.
How should shin guards fit?
Choose an appropriate size that can remain properly positioned and be covered by the socks. The size guide lists the measured dimensions and coverage for every size.
Shipping
US, UK and Australia delivery answers with processing and transit kept separate.
Do you ship to the US, UK and Australia?
Yes. SAIWEI SPORTS currently serves the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. Express DHL/FedEx transit is listed as 4–8 business days after dispatch. Economy sea freight is listed as 25–40 business days after dispatch.
What are the free-shipping thresholds?
Current free express thresholds are $140 USD for the US, £111 for the UK and A$210 for Australia. Express shipping is also $10 USD / £8 / A$15 off from $100 USD / £79 / A$149. Current free economy thresholds are $70 USD, £55 and A$105 respectively.
Is the 4–8 business day estimate the total order time?
No. The 4–8 business day express estimate is carrier transit after dispatch. Customization, design preview, required pre-production steps, production and dispatch happen before that transit period begins.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking depends on the actual carrier and shipping service used. The final policy should state which services include tracking, when the tracking number becomes available and where it is provided.
Are duties or taxes included?
This depends on SAIWEI SPORTS’ actual checkout and import policy for the destination. Duties, VAT/GST, brokerage and customs charges should not be described as included unless the current policy explicitly says so.
Returns & Remakes
Policy-sensitive answers remain conservative until the dedicated Returns page is finalized.
Can personalized products be returned?
Personalized return, remake, refund or replacement eligibility depends on SAIWEI SPORTS’ current returns policy and the reason for the request. A made-to-order personalized product should not be assumed to follow the same rules as unused standard stock.
What if my custom product arrives damaged or has a production error?
The required evidence, reporting window and available remedy must follow the current SAIWEI SPORTS returns / remake policy. The public policy should explain what photos or order details are required and what resolution may apply.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Eligibility for a remake, return or exchange depends on the personalized-product policy. Because the product is customized, check the actual dimensions before production rather than assuming a wrong-size order can be exchanged automatically.
Artwork
Image quality, phone photos, low-quality files and upload rules.
What image quality should I upload?
Use the clearest original file available. Avoid severe blur, screenshots, heavy digital zoom and repeated compression. Exact minimum pixels, DPI, file format, upload size, bleed and safe-area requirements must come from the confirmed production specification.
Can I use a phone photo?
Yes, if the original photo is clear, well lit and contains enough usable detail. Upload the original file when possible instead of a screenshot from social media or a messaging app.
What happens if my artwork is too low quality?
The next step depends on the actual production workflow. You may need to upload the original file, provide a higher-quality version, choose another image or review an adjusted crop. Missing detail cannot always be restored by enlarging a small image.
What artwork rules should I read before uploading?
Read the Artwork Guidelines for technical preparation and the Artwork Policy for authorization, restricted content, responsibility and rejection rules. Only upload content that you own or are authorized to use.
