Returns & Remakes
Every SAIWEI SPORTS custom shin guard is personalized for a specific customer order. This policy explains what happens if your custom print is wrong, your order arrives damaged, the wrong size or product is supplied, you select the wrong size, or you need to change or cancel your order.
1. Quick Answer
Because our shin guards are personalized, they are generally not returnable simply because you change your mind.
However, if SAIWEI SPORTS makes a production or fulfillment error, or your order is damaged in transit, we will review the issue and normally provide an appropriate remake, replacement, reshipment, refund, or other remedy.
Our normal resolution process is:
Verified SAIWEI SPORTS error → free remake + free reshipment.
If a remake is not reasonably available → refund for the affected product.
Mandatory consumer rights always take priority where applicable.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
Our custom shin guards are individually manufactured using the customer’s selected:
- Material
- Size
- Photograph
- Artwork
- Name
- Number
- Text
- Left/right design
- Other personalization
For this reason, customized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges after production has started.
This does not apply to products that are faulty, incorrectly manufactured, damaged, materially different from the approved design, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer remedies.
3. Check Your Customization Carefully
Before approving your design proof, please check:
Material
Confirm whether you ordered Carbon Fiber or PP Plastic.
Size
Use the size chart for the specific material you are ordering. Carbon Fiber and PP Plastic sizes may have different physical dimensions even when they use the same size name.
Photo / Artwork
Check that the correct photograph or artwork has been submitted.
Name / Number / Text
Check spelling, player name, jersey number, punctuation, and other text.
Left / Right Design
Confirm which artwork should appear on each shin guard.
Design Proof
Review the final image crop, artwork positioning, text, numbers, logos, left/right arrangement, and other visible customization.
Production begins after final design-proof approval.
4. If SAIWEI SPORTS Makes an Error
A SAIWEI SPORTS production or fulfillment error may include:
- Wrong material
- Wrong size supplied
- Wrong photograph printed
- Wrong player name
- Wrong jersey number
- Wrong text
- Left and right artwork reversed
- Wrong product model
- Incorrect customization
- A finished product that materially differs from the approved design proof
If we confirm that SAIWEI SPORTS made the error, our normal resolution is:
Free Remake + Free Reshipment
We will remake the affected product and ship the replacement at no additional cost.
If a remake is not reasonably available, we will normally provide a refund for the affected product.
Where applicable law gives the customer a different mandatory remedy, those legal rights remain unaffected.
5. What You Need to Send Us
To help us assess a production issue, please provide:
- Order number
- Buyer name or email used for the order
- Clear photos of both shin guards
- Close-up photos showing the reported problem
- Photo showing the complete product
- Approved design proof or design reference, where relevant
- Short description of the issue
We may also request a short video where photographs do not clearly show the problem.
Clear photographs and videos are normally sufficient for our initial assessment.
6. You Normally Do Not Need to Return the Product
For most verified production defects or errors, customers do not need to return the original personalized shin guards.
We normally assess the claim using photos + video + order information + approved design proof.
However, SAIWEI SPORTS reserves the right to request return of a product where reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
If SAIWEI SPORTS made the error
SAIWEI SPORTS will cover reasonable approved return-shipping costs.
If the issue resulted from the customer’s own selection or error
The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs, where a return is accepted.
7. Customer-Entered or Customer-Approved Errors
If the finished product accurately matches the final design proof approved by the customer, the following will not normally be treated as SAIWEI SPORTS production errors:
- Customer entered the wrong name
- Customer entered the wrong number
- Customer provided the wrong photograph
- Customer approved incorrect spelling
- Customer approved the wrong artwork
- Customer approved the wrong left/right arrangement
- Customer selected the wrong product option
- Customer approved the visible crop or layout
If possible, we may offer a discounted remake in these situations.
8. Minor Color Variation
Colors can appear differently on phones, tablets, computer monitors, and different screen settings.
Printed colors can also vary slightly due to material, printing process, surface finish, lighting, and normal manufacturing tolerances.
Minor and commercially reasonable color differences are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
However, a significant color difference that causes the finished product to materially differ from the approved design proof may be reviewed as a production issue.
Send us photographs and, where useful, video so we can assess the result.
9. If Your Order Arrives Damaged
If your shin guards were damaged during transportation, please keep the packaging until the case has been reviewed.
Send us:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Close-up photographs of the damage
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Photographs of internal packaging where relevant
- Shipping label or parcel information where available
- Short explanation of the damage
Video may also be requested where useful.
Resolution
After we verify genuine transit damage, our normal resolution is free remake + free reshipment.
If a remake is not reasonably available, we will normally refund the affected product.
Customers are not normally required to return a transit-damaged personalized product unless we specifically request it.
10. If You Selected the Wrong Size
Please check the material-specific Size Guide carefully before ordering.
If you ordered Size S, SAIWEI SPORTS supplied Size S, but Size S does not fit you, this is considered a customer size-selection issue rather than a fulfillment error.
Because the product was personalized, we do not normally provide a free exchange or free remake in this situation.
We may offer a discounted remake at our discretion.
The customer may also be responsible for any shipping costs associated with a customer-requested replacement.
11. If SAIWEI SPORTS Sent the Wrong Size
If you ordered Size M and SAIWEI SPORTS supplied Size S, this is a SAIWEI SPORTS fulfillment error.
After verification, we will normally remake the correct size free of charge + reship it free of charge.
If a remake is not reasonably available, we will normally refund the affected product.
12. If Only Part of an Order Is Affected
For team, academy, club, family, or other multi-item orders, a problem affecting one or several products does not automatically make the entire order defective.
For example: 20 pairs ordered, 2 pairs printed incorrectly.
We will normally remake, replace, or refund the 2 affected pairs, rather than the entire 20-pair order.
If the same verified problem materially affects the whole order, we will review the entire affected order accordingly.
13. Before Final Design-Proof Approval
You may request changes or cancellation before approving your final design proof.
Each order includes one free design revision before final approval.
If you cancel the order before final proof approval and before production begins, we will provide a:
Full Refund
This includes the amount paid for the order and any shipping charge that has not been used.
Third-party bank-transfer, wire-transfer, intermediary-bank, foreign-exchange, or other external financial-service charges are not controlled by SAIWEI SPORTS and may not be recoverable.
14. After Final Design-Proof Approval
Final design-proof approval authorizes SAIWEI SPORTS to begin production. Production begins immediately after final proof approval.
Because the product is personalized, customer-requested cancellation or changes are generally no longer possible after production begins.
This does not affect mandatory legal rights relating to:
- Faulty goods
- Incorrectly supplied goods
- Materially misdescribed products
- Failure to supply
- Other rights that cannot legally be excluded
15. After Dispatch
Once the custom order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled simply because the customer changes their mind.
Delivery problems, lost shipments, transit damage, and other shipping-related issues are handled under our Shipping Policy and this Returns & Remakes Policy where applicable.
16. Please Contact Us Within 7 Days
For visible manufacturing errors, incorrect products, or transit damage, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Reporting quickly helps us:
- Review photographs and video
- Compare the product against the approved proof
- Check production records
- Investigate carrier damage
- Arrange a remake more quickly
17. Assessment Process
When you submit a claim, we may compare:
- Your original order
- Product and size selected
- Artwork submitted
- Final approved design proof
- Production records
- Photos of the received product
- Video where necessary
- Packaging photographs for transit damage
We may contact you for additional information.
We aim to distinguish between a SAIWEI SPORTS production error and a customer selection / approved-design issue before deciding the appropriate resolution.
18. Our Normal Remedy Hierarchy
For a verified SAIWEI SPORTS production error or qualifying transit damage, our normal resolution is:
Assess the claim — we review the order, photos, video, proof, and other relevant evidence.
Free remake — where appropriate, we remake the affected customized product at no charge.
Free reshipment — for a verified SAIWEI SPORTS error or transit-damage remake, we cover replacement shipping.
Refund if a remake is not reasonably available — if the affected product cannot reasonably be remade, we will normally refund the affected product.
We may discuss the available resolution with the customer based on the circumstances of the case.
This remedy hierarchy does not restrict a remedy the customer is legally entitled to choose under mandatory consumer law.
19. Refund Method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the order.
For example:
- Credit-card payment → original card
- PayPal payment → original PayPal transaction
- Bank transfer → appropriate return-transfer arrangement
Where returning funds to the original payment method is technically impossible, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate alternative.
20. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, SAIWEI SPORTS will normally issue the refund within:
7 Business Days
The customer’s bank, credit-card issuer, PayPal, payment provider, or financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.
That external processing time is outside SAIWEI SPORTS’ direct control.
21. Who Pays Return Shipping?
A physical return is normally not required for personalized-product claims where sufficient photographic or video evidence is available.
If SAIWEI SPORTS specifically requires a return:
Verified SAIWEI SPORTS Error
SAIWEI SPORTS will pay or reimburse reasonable authorized return-shipping costs.
Customer Error or Non-Qualifying Return
The customer is normally responsible for return-shipping costs where we agree to accept such a return.
22. How to Request a Return, Remake or Refund Review
You may contact us through Email: [email protected] or WhatsApp: +86 159 5902 1982.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Buyer name
- Email used for the order
- Description of the problem
- Relevant photos
- Video where helpful
- Approved design proof where relevant
- Size ordered where relevant
- Your requested resolution
For the clearest case record, email is recommended for claims involving multiple photographs, videos, or documents.
23. Response Target
We normally aim to provide an initial response to a return, remake, damage, or refund request within:
1–2 Business Days
Some cases may require additional time if we need to:
- Review production records
- Compare design files
- Request additional photographs
- Review video
- Investigate shipping damage
- Communicate with a carrier
- Verify payment information
An initial response does not necessarily mean the case will be fully resolved within 1–2 business days.
